Nextry provides digital marketing services including but not limited to paid advertising, video production, web development, and brand strategy. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each service period. One-time projects require a deposit before work begins.
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to deliverables created specifically for their projects. Nextry retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Nextry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
