A Biology platform for the Baccalaureate, before the platform exists
Baclabio is a Biology revision project for the Romanian Baccalaureate exam. The moment we built this page, though, is a specific one: before launch.
The positioning is compressed into a single line — “învață bio, ia zece” (learn bio, get a ten) — and into a name that says everything at a glance: bac plus bio. For a final-year student looking for resources a few months before the exam, it is clear within a second.
Why a teaser page is the right call
The temptation with an educational product still being built is to publish a large site describing everything that will eventually exist. That is a mistake: you promise features that are not ready and burn your credibility with exactly the audience you are trying to gather.
The alternative is a short, honest page that claims the name, fixes the positioning and collects interest until the product is ready to be shown. That is what we built: one screen, one message.
An honest teaser that claims the positioning beats a big site promising features that do not exist.
How it works now
The page communicates three things and stops: who it is, what it promises, and that it is coming soon. The visual identity is established here, so that the launch continues a brand already begun rather than starting from zero.
