How fast will I hear back?
An automatic confirmation email within 5 minutes. A personal reply from a specialist within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9-19). On WhatsApp we reply faster, usually in under 4 hours.
Is the initial audit really free?
Yes. The audit of your Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO is free and with no obligation. You do not have to sign anything, we never ask for a card and we never put you on a trial. It is our investment of time to show you the concrete value we bring.
What budget do I fit into?
Our clients’ budgets range from €500/month (local SEO starter) up to €10,000+/month (full-stack marketing for scale-ups). During the discovery call we assess a realistic budget for your goals and suggest 2-3 package options.
Do you also work with new companies that have no track record?
Yes, often. For startups and newly founded companies we have tailored launch-focused packages (Google Business Profile, first Meta/Google campaigns, website). Starting cost: €300-700/month.
Do I have to move all my channels to you at once?
No. Many clients start with a single channel (for example Meta Ads or SEO) and expand gradually once they see results. We recommend a 60-90 day "pilot test" phase before adding more channels.
I’m outside Bucharest — can we work remotely?
Yes, over 60% of our clients are in other cities or abroad. All communication is remote via Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack and email. In-person meetings only on request. Our office is in Bucharest for those who prefer occasional face-to-face meetings.
Do you require a minimum 6 or 12 month contract?
No. We work on renewable monthly contracts. The only exception: website packages (one-time projects) have a fixed 30-60 day timeline. For recurring marketing services you can leave with 30 days notice at any time.
What information do I need for the first conversation?
Nothing specific. Come with your goals (more sales, lead gen, brand awareness) and your current challenges. If you have active ads or analytics accounts, read-only access is useful for the audit, but it is not mandatory for the first conversation.
